You want so much out of life. So many grand dreams and aspirations. Yet, something always holds you back. That little voice in your head comes up with all the reasons you will fail. Tell me if any of these sound familiar:
A limiting belief is any thought that holds you back in some way. They keep you from manifesting what you desire for yourself. When they reside in your unconscious, silently running in the background, they control your choices and behavior through limitation and disempowerment.
Limiting Beliefs sound like:
What is it that you are aspiring too but never seem to attain? What are your limiting beliefs? What keeps you stuck in your story? Through the distinctions I’ll share, listening to your inner wisdom, and taking action steps that create change, you will move from where you are now to where you want to be.
If you are consistently making choices that keep you from reaching your goals and living a life that is authentic to you, your life is likely being dictated by your unhealed wounds and limiting beliefs.
At the root of all your frustration is the Shadow. Those unhealed wounds that get triggered and keep you in self-sabotage. Those parts of yourself that you’re ashamed of. Those parts you don’t want anyone to know about, including yourself!
It takes a lot of energy to keep these parts hidden. Energy that could be better used for creativity and productivity gets diverted.
Like the man behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz, your shadow works behind the scenes, billowing and blustering its way through every situation that threatens to expose it.
In Integrative Shadow work, not only will we uncover those wounds, we will put them on the path to healing so that you can make peace with them, reintegrate, and become whole again. Having access to all of your valuable parts profoundly changes your ability to manifest the life of your dreams.
Silence the inner critic by listening to what it wants you to know.Engaging in a dialogue with your emotions is the first step in establishing a healthy relationship with them. I help you talk to all your undesirable parts so you can discover the gifts they have to offer and restore them to the valuable roles they were meant to play.
Most reactions come from an unconscious place and keep you stuck in repetitive patterns and creating more distance in your relationships. Honoring and listening to your anger requires courage, strength, and conscious awareness.
Addressing anger means that you attend to it and understand that it has a valuable message.
When you take the time to deal with your anger and discover what it is trying to say, you can understand what has been triggered. This is one of the most effective ways to recognize what needs healing.
Shadow Integration Coaching begins with understanding your soul’s lessons through an Evolutionary Astrology consultation. Once that foundational pillar is in place, we can begin to look at how those lessons are showing up within the context of your daily life.
Blocks and challenges naturally arise as part of your growth process. They are there to remind you of the issues we are working on. You can choose either to ignore them or face them head on.
The goal is not to enable spiritual bypassing of your difficult emotions or unhealed wounds.
Rather, it’s to shed light on your predispositions and automatic reactions so you can consciously work through them using my tools, techniques, and experience.
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. Through Integration Coaching, you will learn to honor your inner world. It begins with bringing your angry self into the light.
In the process of listening to the voice of your inner wisdom you will be able to hear the important teachings your anger has to offer. As you re-establish a relationship with your anger, it returns to its co-creative role in helping you achieve your goals and ambitions.
Be grateful for your difficulties and challenges, for they hold blessings.

Imagine that your family leaves their things strewn all over the house and their dirty dishes in the sink all the time. Your kids are old enough to know better, but somehow you end up cleaning up after everyone far more than you really want. It feels like everyone is treating you like a maid.
As a result, you overreact to everything. Every interaction feels charged with emotion. You snap with anger at all the little things they say and do. And you hate that you are doing that. This is how your unresolved issues show up.
It would be easy to sigh and just allow things to stay the same. After all, everyone has busy lives and there just aren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with everything. You decide this battle isn’t worth fighting. But where does that leave you? Stuck in old worn out patterns, harboring resentment.
Instead, choose to honor your anger by acknowledging that you really are angry. What does that angry part want you to know?
On the surface, it looks like not feeling valued when everyone treats you like a maid. But what is less obvious, is that you have a deep desire to apply your gifts and talents in some kind of meaningful work that benefits others.
Most of us go through life holding on to unhealed wounds and limiting beliefs. Even with conscious awareness of these patterns, we come up with excuses, resistance, and underlying commitments to keep them in place.
In the Shadow Integration Process, we use powerful discovery tools to uncover your shadows, look at what keeps them playing on repeat, and break down the roadblocks with powerful transformational tools, skills, and concepts.
Integrative shadow work begins with self-examination and self-awareness. It involves a deep exploration of one's thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors to uncover aspects of the self that have been pushed into the shadows.
These shadow aspects are powerful catalysts for personal growth and hold the keys to actualizing your true potential.
One of the central tenets of shadow work is the acknowledgment and acceptance of these hidden aspects without judgment.
It's about recognizing that everyone has a shadow and that these suppressed parts of ourselves are neither good nor bad; they are simply part of our wholeness.
The ultimate goal of shadow work is to integrate these previously hidden aspects into your conscious awareness and identity. Your shadows have gifts that become available to you once you have reclaimed these parts of yourself.
As these gifts help you to become the person you’ve always wanted to be, the greater your sense of wholeness and authenticity.
As a Shadow Integration coach, I help you uncover your shadow wounds and identify your limiting beliefs. Throughout the program, I provide a safe space to:
